Phenolic duct production line developed by Tianjin COORIG Technology Co.,Ltd is specialized for phenolic duct production. this automatic duct line is composed by servo feeding, automatic grooving, cutting, lock forming on both sides of the sheets; sheet conveying platform. this line can process the flat sheets for various sizes of duct, improved the production efficiency significantly; reduced the labor and improved the accuracy for sheet cutting.

1, servo feed

Mainly to complete the sheet transfer, cut to length and count

1, bed length 4000mm, overall profiles welded.

2, the drive: Mitsubishi servo + planetary reducer, with rack and gear transmission. Stable and reliable transferring of materials, ensuring the sheet feed amount is accurate and reducing errors.

3. Feeding accuracy: length error ± 0.5mm, diagonal error: ± 1mm.

4, the maximum feeding speed: 10000mm / min.

5, the manipulator clamping forms: pneumatic compressing; Taiwan AIRTEC double rod cylinder compression; mechanical manipulator pressing downwards for positioning and pressing upwards for clipping. Overall slide with a linear rail slider

6, sheet metal support: the use of multiple rows of imported glass bar and ensure no scratches beneath the sheet.
